The 28th Lotus Owners Gathering, known by Lotus insiders as LOG 28, takes place July 31st – August 4th in Indianapolis. The gathering is sponsored nationally by Lotus Ltd., the biggest Lotus club in North America, and locally by Club House for Indianapolis Lotus Lovers. Organizers expect this to be the largest North America assembly of Colin Chapman’s lightweight machines.
Event highlights include:
- Tour and tech sessions at Walker Racing Headquarters, courtesy of Lotus owner Derrick Walker
- Public Concours held in downtown Indianapolis at historic Monument Circle
- Concours at Indianapolis Motor Speedway on the lawn adjacent to the infield lake and golf course
- Parade lap around the famed oval, plus a behind the scenes tour of the track and Hall of Fame Museum
- Autocross at Historic Bush Stadium, venue for many SCCA-sanctioned autocrosses
- Track day at nearby Putnam Park Raceway
