The Rodeo Drive Committee, in conjunction with the City of Beverly Hills, has announced that the theme for the 2008 Rodeo Drive Concours d’Elegance will be, “Haute Wheels: Celebrating Car Couture.” The annual event will take place on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 15, 2008 and will be open to the public from 10:00AM – 4:00PM.
“Haute Wheels: Celebrating Car Couture” harkens back to the original Parisian Concours where luxurious high fashion was modeled next to magnificent custom coach work. This year, Rodeo Drive will be home to not only its renowned fashions, but also one-of-a-kind “couture” automobiles at the Rodeo Drive Concours d’Elegance. More than 100 exotic cars will be on display in Beverly Hills, lining the 300 and 400 blocks of Rodeo Drive.
