Algarve Historic Festival 2010 – Results and Photo Gallery

Jaguar C-Type at Algarve Historic Festival 2010The Algarve Historic Festival 2010 was held October 15-17 at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve in Portimao, Portugal. Returning for the second year, the Algarve Historic Festival is the largest event of its kind on the Iberian Peninsula, with 400 participants making new history on the Portimao circuit.

The Algarve Historic Festival 2010 saw a total multiple racing categories on track at the Algarve International Circuit, including Gentlemen Drivers GT & Sports Endurance; FIA Historic Formula One; Formula Junior; Masters Touring ’70s / Proto ’70s; Under 2-Litre Touring Car Pre-1966; World Sportscar Masters; Pre-War Motor Racing Legends; and the Stirling Moss Trophy.

The program for the Algarve Historic Festival 2010 saw events far beyond the activities on track, including a barbecue on Friday, concerts on both Friday and Saturday nights, exhibitions by the International Karting Algarve, in addition to shows and parades by Maserati, Ferrari, Jaguar and Aston Martin.
