Given the Moretti Motor Company’s history of producing highly specialized bodies in very low volumes, it doesn’t surprise us we’ve never seen any example of this 1968 Fiat 500 Moretti Sport Coupe before. What we can say from the photos, however, is that the tiny two door has the best small car proportions since Zagato’s Fiat-Abarth 750 GT “Double Bubble.” The panels appear to be straight as does the delicate chrome trim, and the empty number meatballs on doors and hood give the Moretti a sporting air. Underneath, we assume, lies standard Fiat 500 fare but we can’t be sure as the listing provides few details. The car is located in Italy so any US buyer would want to vet the seller before bidding and will then need to import the car should their bid be successful. This shouldn’t be too much trouble, however, with a car of this age. Find the Moretti for sale here on eBay in Brescia, Italy.
