This metallic gold 1973 Porsche 911S scheduled for a farm auction on May 5th looks to be a long-stored survivor and the seller claims the 60,000 displayed miles are original. Not much description is given but photos of the car show a solid looking car with the correct ID tag, red fan shroud, S exterior trim and Fuchs alloy wheels. The car is popping up across the web on forums like here on Pelican Parts where the merits of the $50,000 opening bid are being weighed. We’d want to know how solid the floorpans and bodywork are, if the desirable gold color is original and if all of the major components are matching numbers. Assuming they are, this 911 would be a good buy up until $70,000 or so. Find the farm fresh 911S here on Gumb Auction and Realty’s website in Burwell, Nebraska.
