If we could go back in time to order a new Corvette, it would be a ’63 split window in Silver Blue. From the description of this car it appears as though the seller may have done exactly this. Described as 90-94% original, this ’63 Corvette is Silver certified by the National Corvette Certification Board and is claimed to be separated from Gold certification by the easily changed stainless steel exhaust. The car was purchased by the current owner in 1984 with 64,500 miles on the odometer, and has enjoyed numerous 1st and 2nd place show trophies since. Photos show the car to be in excellent original condition with clean paint, interior and chassis. The 327/250hp small block is well-detailed and should provided spirited driving mated to a four speed transmission. We love the Bill Mitchell designed split window Corvettes for their outstanding mid-century style and love them even more when painted Silver Blue. If this were ours we’d get the exhaust sorted, get Gold certification, and enjoy the Corvette on the show field and around town. Find the Corvette for sale here on eBay in Hobart, Indiana with the reserve not yet met at $36,100.
