Displaying its biggest field ever, the renowned Fairfield County Concours d’Elegance Presented by Porsche goes into its fifth year with a bang. “We will be showing more than 100 million dollars worth of rolling art this weekend”, says event Chairman Bill Scheffler. “Visitors will see an amazing 200 automobiles and motorcycles from all eras at the Fairfield Hunt Club this weekend – it will certainly be a view to remember”.

From “Amelia Island Concours Prize-Winning Automobiles” to a special class featuring “60 years of Watkins Glen”, “Preservation Vehicles” which have been left unrestored sometimes for almost a hundred years, “The Cars of ’58″ which are turning 50 this year, to a special class of CCCA (“The Classic Car Club of America®”) vehicles and a formidable “Ferrari” exhibit showcasing Ralph Lauren’s 1958 Ferrari Testa Rossa, there will be an unrivalled variety on display this year. Rounding the excellent field off will be the “Artful Dodgers” class.

Preceding Sunday’s Concours will be a magnificent “Nutmeg Tour for Autism”, leaving the Fairfield County Hunt Club at exactly 1 pm on Saturday, September 20, for a 50 mile tour of Fairfield County. The 50-strong car field will arrive at Hall-Brooke Behavioral Health Services Facility at 47 Long Lots Road in Westport, CT ca. 4 pm that same afternoon. Saturday night will end with a gala evening featuring guest speaker Frank Deford.

The Sunday, September 21, Concours d’Elegance will begin on the field of the Fairfield County Hunt Club in Westport, CT at 10 am. The magnificent and unique “Noon Roar” or “Reveille” will be at exactly at 12 pm, where each and every of the 200 participating vehicles will start their engines, an experience not to be missed.

A multitude of events for children makes the event attractive to families, car and motorcycle enthusiasts and lovers, young and old. General admission on Sunday is $20, children are free when accompanied by a ticket holding adult. The general admission family ticket for the Sunday for two adults and up to four children is $40.
