1968 Ferrari 330 GTS

A selection of Ferraris will be among the headline offerings at the 2015 Mecum Monterey auction, to be held August 13-15 at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel in Monterey, California. Mecum’s 7th annual Monterey Classic Car Week sale will feature more than 25 cars from the Italian marque, including a 1968 Ferrari 330 GTS, 1964 Ferrari 275 GTB ‘Short Nose’ and 1964 Ferrari 250 GT/L ‘Lusso’.

The 1968 Ferrari 330 GTS (Lot S101), chassis number 10913, (Estimate: $3,000,000 – $3,500,000) was formerly owned by casino magnate and Western U.S. Ferrari distributor Bill Harrah, the 1964 Ferrari 275 GTB ‘Short Nose’ (Lot S91), chassis number 6563, (Estimate: $2,750,000 – $3,250,000) features a rare Carello reverse light, ‘Starburst’ alloy wheels and a notched steering wheel and the light-blue 1964 Ferrari 250 GT/L ‘Lusso’ (Lot S85), chassis number 5817, (Estimate: $2,225,000 – $2,750,000) is a matching-numbers black-plate California car.
