Hard to believe—especially since the Shelby Daytona Coupe saw it’s bidding stall out at 6.8Million.. about HALF of what this TR brought in.

I think that horse on the badge hypnotizes people.

Just heard that the Ferrari 330 P4 that finished third in the 1967 Le Mans 24-hour race failed to sell at 7.25 million euros. I wonder what happened to the Maza?

Ok well i had no clue who cliff rueter was or his father for that matter but obviously have probably owned a daytona spyder cause i mean your father has had some beautiful and amazing cars sorry for what i said but any Ferrari is beautiful i mean come on it holds the world record for the most expensive car sold at auction it holds like 4 or 5 in the top 10 for most expensive cars sold but i would have to agree racing Ferrari’s should be worth more than street cars but wasn’t this 250 Testa Rossa a race car?? I believe it was but if u still own some of the cars your father owns they are amazing. And again im sorry for what i said about that but then again i am only 16 and love Ferrari’s

Simply Amazing!!! I would pay that much for the car.. Its just an amazing and beautiful car.

And this is to Cliff why would u say the Daytona spyder is a hunk of junk??? Do you own a Daytona Spyder will u ever own one is the question?? It dont matter what kind of Ferrari it is. They are ALL beautiful cars any Ferrari it does not matter a Ferrari is simply a work of art.

That is a good, solid, real price for a masterpice! Here’s my Beef:

Take the $5.5 Mil Bid on the Cali Spyder:

For a street car this is all the money in today’s market, and in my opinion is way too
much for this car in general. Why does this car have more value that a TDF with race
history, or a 500 TRC (hands down the most beautiful open bodied Ferrari ever) with race
history etc. I think the people with more money than eye/smarts saw Ferris Beuler (Beuler, Beuler)
and his day off in the Cali and decided this is one of the most desireable Ferraris…WRONG!!!!
RACING Ferraris should have the most value and not simple STREET Ferraris, no matter what
movie they were in or whatever “B” movie actor owned them (McQueen)…..And let’s not mention
Daytona spyders which are uninteresting shapless hunks of junk….
