Thanks for the post. We typically do aim to give more information about the car and driver, but failed to do so on this story because we simply had so many pictures. We’ll do better in the future.

With that said, what cars would you like more information about? We can fill in the blanks.

First class pictures. Is there any way to add a caption to each? It would be nice to acknowledge the owner and confirm what car it is. I have to admit a couple of formula cars I couldn’t identify.

It’s true that there weren’t many “super-exotics” on the track, but you couldn’t say that for the in-field. There were several “super-cars” there, including a beautiful Bentley Continental and a sweet Aston-Martin DBS. They and others added to the beauty of the scenery.

I was there on Sunday and have to agree that it was a great race. Wish there were more super-exotics, but the turnout of real world cars was superb. Great pictures and story. Thanks.

I was there for Saturday’s running. It was the first time I’ve been to the new VIR and it has to be one of the finest race settings on the east coast. After heavy showers on Friday night, the sun shown on Saturday and the combination of spring colors and great race cars was a wonderful site. Congradulations to all responsible for this wonderful weekend. I’ll be back next year!
