Worldwide Auctioneers, which this year celebrates its 10th Anniversary, will offer a stable of muscle cars from collector Phil Silva, including a 1970 Plymouth Hemi Cuda Convertible, a four-speed 1969 Chevrolet Camaro L78 Convertible, a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle LS6 Convertible and a 1970 Oldsmobile 442 W-30 Convertible, one of only sixteen documented four-speeds.

“As with many of the remarkable cars we are proud to present at The Houston Classic Auction, these great cars offer a truly one of a kind opportunity to own something special. Any of the exceptionally noteworthy examples from this collection must be right at the top of any serious muscle car collector’s wish list”, said Rod Egan, Managing Partner & Chief Auctioneer.

Also included among early consignments are a 1936 Pierce-Arrow Model 1602 Salon Twelve Convertible, one of only three built and two remaining examples, a completely restored and tour ready 1934 Bentley 3 ½ Litre Drop Head Coupe and a 1958 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Convertible, the 2010 Cadillac La Salle National Best in Show winner.

The Houston Classic Auction 2011 takes place on Saturday, April 30th at the Lakewood Yacht Club in Seabrook, Texas. The event will once again run in conjunction with the Keels & Wheels Concours d’Elegance, which this year celebrates another anniversary—100 years of Indianapolis Racing. The latter is scheduled to run from April 30th through May 1st and represents the largest collection of classic automobiles and vintage wooden boats to be assembled together anywhere in the world.
