Certainly Seb Coppola has done a excellent job of providing a continuing presentation of F 5000 cars with the 40th reunion events. World Wide popularity continues to grow with these exciting 5 liter open wheel racers. Doug Magnon of the Riverside International Automotive Museum, owner of my 1969 Continental Championship Mk 5 Gurney Eagle, has done a great job in the restoration for me to drive and looks forward to the 2009 F 5000 events. I am honored to be re united with this Eagle. Next year should provide even more excitement and competition for the public to enjoy. Cheers !
